As you can see, cars drive on the left side. So, when you turn left, or when you want to cross the street, you have to look left, right, left! In addition, we noticed that when walking on the sidewalk, people tend to pass on the left instead of our usual right.

After the city bus tour, we shopped at an outdoor market where we picked up a couple of small friends which you'll see in future pictures. We had hot dogs for lunch which had sausage and tough bread; definitely not like home. Tonight's italian dinner at a local restaurant was much better.

Maybe I have finally figured out how to post. Looks like spring in Australia. Some trees seem to be ready to bud, some are palm-type, and some are conifers. What a variety. Keep the pictures and commentary coming. By the way, who is Deb?
